When it comes to collecting, oftentimes our interests extend also outside the vinyl world of Funko. With that in mind, we like to take some time to introduce other brands and new projects jostling for precious space on your shelves (and your Pop Price Guide Showcase!).

This morning we talked to Bill Oakley who has carved out quite the career as a writer, executive producer and more. Now the former showrunner for “The Simpsons” is banking on some highly unsavory characters to catch yet another sweet smell of success. And little did we know about his newest venture!
Make sure you keep a spot reserved for The Sneaker Sniffer, the debut “funny” vinyl figure from the kickstarter company Sight Gags.
The exclusive figure is the first from Sight Gags’ “Least Popular Advertising Characters of 1962” series, drawing satirical inspiration from Oakley’s love of Mad Magazine and Wacky Packages stickers from the 70s.
The Sneaker Sniffer is made of resin, stands at 6.75 inches tall and tips the scales at two pounds. Think more KidRobot and Popaganda rather than Funko Pop! figure.
You’ll need to act quickly as a limited number will be made available, ranging from blank ones to premium autographed versions.
