Pop Price Guide to Supercharge its Engines

It’s been years since we began creating the Pop Price Guide community alongside you, our loyal PPG’ers.

We’ve come a long way together, holding our collective breaths when Ned lost his Head and sharing in the delight with the release of flocked Pikachu – and all things Funko-related between.

It’s been years since Pop Price Guide arrived on the scene and took the Pop! world by storm. In the last three years alone, we’ve added more than 10,000 items and 1.2 million prices. In the process, fueled by your support, we partnered with Funko to provide pricing for their app and content for their marketplace.

Now, we’re ready to take the next step and deliver the Pop Price Guide engine that you deserve and we’ve always envisioned.

What We’re Working On

You’re going to notice some changes to PPG in the days and weeks to come. But rest assured, the Pop Price Guide you love and rely on for up-to-date price valuations and cataloging your collection is not going anywhere.

In fact, we’re supercharging the collecting experience with a brand new engine built by our hobbyDB family to empower you, the collector.

You may have already noticed our first upgrade with the new menu located at the top of the page. Here you’ll find all of your old favorites, including Collection Tracker, Marketplace and our revamped Coming Soon page.

In the coming weeks, we’ll begin transferring users’ collections into the new and improved system. The best part for you is, the sync will be automatic and painless. To have your collection eligible to be transferred, all you need to do is have at least one item in your Collection or Wish List.

Some of you may have already purchased items on the PPG or hobbyDB marketplace. If so, you may already have created an account, but don’t worry, we’ll just merge your two accounts together so you don’t lose any data.

Once we complete the transfer, you will be asked to update your password and you’ll be good to go.

From there you’ll be able to enjoy the new revved-up Pop Price Guide.

New and Exciting Features

Easily changing your username, as well an adding avatar and banner images are also among the new features available to spruce up your profile.

In the near future, we’ll be rolling out even more features, such as historical price charts, faster site speed and the ability to make custom lists of your collection, to name a few.

That’s in addition to syncing your Wish Lists with the PPG Marketplace, notifying you if an item you covet has come up for sale.

Rest assured, the Pop Price Guide you know is not going anywhere. We hope you’re just as excited about the changes as we are.

To have your collection eligible to be transferred, all you need to do is have at least one item in your Collection or Wish List. If you currently don’t have anything in your Collection or Wish List, simply add something in the next few weeks and we’ll take you along for the ride.
