“The Shape of Water” takes on Pop! form with the addition of Guillermo del Toro as the newest member of the Funko family.
The Oscar Award-winning director joins Elisa (with broom) and Amphibian Man (including GITD Chase piece), whose tale of a taboo love and daring escape earned the film four Academy Awards.

Pretty craptastic Funko went and changed the creature’s GITD to a Chase variant. I already had it pre-ordered cause Doug Jones is BSU Alumni and can be easy to run into.
Now I’m getting emails from ToyWoz informing me what was $9 is now $50. Funko really eats booty some times (most times).

Just like Porkins, Del Toro should be fatter. What does Funko have against fat Pops?
Probably has something to do with the whole big head/tiny body aesthetic they’re going for.
