An Exciting Update on Password Resets & Registration Problems

After a long, long, long, LONG (ridiculously long) wait, I finally have some good news about the issue that’s been affecting registrations, password resets, and use of the contact form. In short…it’s fixed! I know many of you have been having problems with resets and registrations, and I want to thank each of for your patience while we worked through this issue. I’m embarrassed to admit that we have a slew of requests through our support channel that we’ve been pushing back, waiting because the fix was “probably tomorrow”, so I’ll be addressing all of those now. If you or a fellow collector has had issues with the page timing out with trying to get your password reset or registering for the site, please give it a shot now. Everything should be functional. If not, please shoot us a message on the support system. Additionally, we’ve been making some tweaks to the server to help offer better performance for our visitors.

    why has my collection disappeared? I have emailed a few times asking but you are all obviously busy trying to fix issues. Can anyone help? I do not really want to enter over 1000 pieces again. Thanks
