Currently only available as pre-releases from Bait, the first wave of classic cartoon GI Joe Pops has shown up for preorder at Entertainment Earth. Missing (for now, anyway) is the hooded Cobra Commander, but you can still secure Snake Eyes, Storm Shadow, Cobra Commander and Roadblock for December delivery.
Hooded cobra commander was a bait “exclusive ” not a pre release through bait. I’m not sure if he will be carried by entertainment earth but who knows. They have different stickers though. FYI
